• Subscriptions may renew automatically for the same period (monthly/annual) until cancelled.
• On a failed payment, retries occur for a period; if payment is not completed, access may be restricted.

You may cancel at any time. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period; it does not end immediately.

You can cancel from the Billing screen in account settings, the Paddle customer portal, or by contacting support.

• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan.
• Upgrades may be prorated; the exact proration follows Paddle’s billing behavior.
• Downgrades generally take effect from the next billing cycle.

We will give reasonable advance notice of price changes. How changes apply to existing subscribers will be stated in the notice.

As Merchant of Record, Paddle may calculate and collect applicable taxes such as VAT, GST, or sales tax based on your location. Your final charge may include these taxes.
