021flow provides a multi-tenant SaaS that unifies cross-channel ad operations, SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) in a single console. It is intended primarily for agencies and in-house marketing teams and is delivered through the web browser.

Paid plans include: multi-channel ad campaign monitoring and budget pacing, real-time performance dashboards, SEO site audits and keyword tracking, brand-visibility measurement across generative engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), role-based access control (RBAC), and audit logs.

You must create an account to use the service and are responsible for safeguarding your login and authentication credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and social-login credentials secure.
• We may restrict or terminate accounts where we detect fraud, automation abuse, or a security breach.

• Web payments are processed by Paddle.com.
• Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our web orders.
• Card numbers, CVC, and other payment-method details are not stored by 021flow directly; they are handled by Paddle or its payment processors.
• Only web payments are currently offered. If app-store / in-app purchases are added, we will distinguish them from web payments in these Terms.

• Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically for the same period until you cancel.
• If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged for the next cycle.
• Where a free trial is offered, you may be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• We will give reasonable advance notice of any price changes.

Detailed refund conditions are set out on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page. Refunds may be requested within a limited window after purchase and may be restricted in cases such as fraud or violation of these Terms.

Where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction provide refund or withdrawal rights, those rights are not limited by these Terms and prevail.

• Illegal use that violates applicable law
• Infringing the rights of others, including IP and privacy rights
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized copying of the service
• Excessive automated requests that overload the system
• Exploiting security vulnerabilities or attempting unauthorized access
• Creating or distributing spam, phishing, fraud, malware, or illegal content
• Any use that may violate the Paddle Acceptable Use Policy

Rights in the service, logos, UI, source code, documentation, and our content belong to 021flow or its respective rights holders.

You retain rights in the data you input and the outputs generated for you; we process them only as needed to provide and improve the service. AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate or lawful, and you are responsible for verifying them and ensuring they do not infringe third-party rights.

We may change the service’s features, plans, or configuration, and may suspend it for maintenance. We will try to give reasonable advance notice of material changes.

The service is provided "as is"; we do not warrant that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The service and AI outputs do not replace professional judgment in medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes matters, for which you remain responsible.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Rights guaranteed by mandatory law are not limited.
